So, as I reported t’other day, Alexandra Burke off of The X Factor has released her cover version of Hallelujah as the winners song. Despite this being a dead cert for the Christmas Number One spot, there’s plenty of competition that might possibly, maybe stop her…

In a vote that involved over 8 MILLION phonecalls, the Winner of UK singing contest The X Factor was decided last night.
Alexandra Burke, 20, from North London was crowned the winner and takes home a £1 MILLION recording contract, along with the Christmas Number One single pretty much guaranteed.

So, a quick update just to let you know who went from this week’s X Factor.
There was only room for three acts in next Saturday’s final, and the acts returning are:
Alexandra Burke
Eoghan Quigg
and
JLS
Meaning that unofrtunatley, Diana Vickers has been booted off the show. Weird, considering she was probably thr favourite not very long ago…

So, The X Factor in the UK is nearing it’s end (the final is next week and the winner will sing very famous song Halleljuah as their “Christmas Number One” single). There’s only 4 acts left, and by next week there will only be 3. But who will win? Here’s a wee poll for you [...]
